Question: Classes Talks etc

I am curious what people would be interested in. Is there a desire for say a class on making things like say a co2 reactor, or how to put together a sump? How about raising food? Would people be interested in a how to kind of talk?
What would people like?

I think sumps and somthing like a media reactor or diy filter would be a better hit with cos members as most are not to into plants

for people with mor of a affinity for plants , diy co2 and defisers would be a hit
