it really depends on how big the tank is, how big the rock is, temperature, ph etc.... so i would say there is no real way of telling other than to actually do your own measurements
Question about seiryu stones
How much will it raise the KH, GH, and pH of the water? I just had a d'oh moment and bought 3 for my OEBT tank...I already have zebra rock in the tank so the pH is 7.0. If I replace the zebra for seiryu will it really matter? Thanks.

+1, however I would not try to keep any soft water species with it.
