I do a 20% water change weekly using r/o water.Should I be adding anything to the new water?(R/O Right or Equilibrium),or will the ferts be fine.I use Flourish,Excel,Iron,Nitrogen,& Potassium.

Unless your tank has a source of calcium and magnesium you need to add these. No reason to buy high priced commercial stuff. You can use Greg Watson's gH booster or just use Epsom salts and calcium chloride. You might also want to add a bit of baking soda to raise the kH also.
