When I first planted my plants they were pearling. That lasted a day and then stopped. Do plants shock when transplanted. They look ok but its only been three days. Shrimp bowl, LOW tech, dirt. crypt parva, anacharis and echinodoorous ( dwarf sword )

The pearling you see is just the plants adjusting to being underwater. It always happens when you submerge plants. Rooted plants usually need time to put down their roots. The anacharis should start growing right away and help keep the water stable. The other plants will take weeks if not months to really start to grow

From my experience it takes about 1-2 days and you can actually see the plant dig its roots into the sub straight and then about a week i will see growth. I think mostly it depends on the plant and you set up.
