All the new leaves come in yellowish green. As far as the dark spots on the older leaves it looks to be algae on the older leaves in the picture you posted.
Do you know what kind of algae it i is ? And how to treat it ?

Thanks
Looks like a nitrogen deficiency. I see a lot of yellow in that pic. My MM leaves come in as green as can be. Hard to see from that one shot, but the algae looks like a mix of diatoms and maybe GSA on some of the leaves. Are you putting any ferts into the water, or just relying on the osmocaps and substrate?
I have some dry fert. The yellow leaves are new leaves. All the old leaves are green , except some half dead ones that were already there when I first got them few months ago. I should cut them off sometimes lol

The new leaves always come in a lighter shade of green, almost a yellowish green. Take a look at the pictures from APC plantfinder and you can see the newer leaves are a yellowish green. To the OP I would cut off the older leaves that are affected by algae and they will fill back in with new runners.

Hi heavenlyevil,

I have to agree, it looks like a nitrogen deficiency. Also, if your water is soft, or if you use RO water, you may want to add some Ca and Mg to improve growth. I use Seachem Equilibrium to keep my dGH at about 6.0.
Just some update: the yellow new leaves do turn greener when it get bigger. The dark brown/burn spots on the old leaves can be clean off so I think it's some kind of algae. But it is not fuzzy like BBA so I have no clue what it is. Anyone know how to treat it ?
