I'd say $10-12...too many different species...small amounts of each, many of them are fast growing weeds.

That'd be a very nice newbie starter kit. I'd say $10 + shipping would be fair.

I'd probably put it up for $20 shipped (shipping will be $6.05 for a large box like that, plus packaging material). If no one wants it after a day or so, lower it by a couple bucks. Unless you just want to get rid of it asap, than I'd say $14-15 shipped.

If I was new and had no plants, I would pay $20 shipped. I'm no expert, but I've paid for plants a lot, and a sample pack is great because it's risky getting lots of plants that you don't like, can't grow etc, and pay lots of money for it.
