Pressure release valve on reg?

Anybody put a valve on your regulator to dump the pressure between the atomizer and the reg?

I am thinking about adding one to my setup so I can switch the regulator off and release the pressure so there is no bubbles during pictures. It takes about an hour or two for the atomizer to stop producing bubbles.

I don't see why it would be an issue. Just wondering if anyone else has done this? The part it readily available at a local hardware store.
