Prepaid Credit Card & PayPal
I was wondering if it was possible to use a prepaid credit card in conjunction
with a PayPal account? I couldn't find it on the PayPal website so I thought I would ask. Plus I am thinking about using it to buy plants from SnS. Would this be considered a CC method or not due to the fact that it is basically a debit card of your own money?

Yes, even a debit card is CC payment.
You could offer to pay the seller the extra to offset the amount that PayPal charges them for the transaction, that is if they can accept CC payments.

Oh ok, thanks. I can finally buy the plants that I can't find at my LFS. This method should be faster than sending out money orders.
