It is not swimming funny or showing abnormal behavior, so I would assume it is pregnant.
As for fry, you probably want to take the pair of tetra you wan't to a breeding tank and once they drop the eggs you remove the parents, because tetras eat their own eggs. Do a water change with cooler water to get them in the mood lol
