Potassium versus Potassium?

What are the pros and cons of using the different potassiums as fertilizer/

Potassium Chloride, Potassium Bicarbonate, Potassium Sulfate, etc. I know Potassium Nitrate will add nitrates and that might not be beneficial if you have enough nitrates in your aquarium.

They all have different amounts of potassium given the same volume, like a teaspoon.

I'd go with potassium sulfate & nitrate. Plants don't have too much use for chloride and the bicarbonate will alter the water's chemistry.
Potassium nitrate is best and Potassium sulfate is next best. Plants need potassium, nitrates, and sulfates.
