I have a quick question about potassium. How do you figure out the levels in your tank? If their isn't a good way to figure it out how do you prevent overdosing it? I've tried googling the question and searching the forums but couldn't find anything ... I may just be blind because I'm sure it's on here somewhere. Thanks in advance

The real issue is there really any risk "overdosing", what is overdosing and how much is bad?

I've gone to 100ppom for long periods, so have others, nothing negative in any way. I do not think much over say 20ppm is really required or will really enhance growth of plants.

So while there's no risk of overdosing, doing so will not help either.
Sort just wasting it at that point, which......is okay.
