All - am ordering plants for my tank finally :)

Wanted to do a PP dip as I've heard it is effective with a lower risk to plants. The purpose is to aid in snail/algae intrusion.

I can't find a local supplier - Ace, Sears, etc - and everything online wouldn't get here in time (guess there are shipping requirements on the material).

Kent Marine has a product at my LFS called Poly Ox which I guess is used for some sort of "red slime" in reef tanks. It seems to be a PP solution. Has anyone used this for plant dip purposes?

Thanks for any help!

I did get the Poly Ox and it certainly looks like its not too diluted to use for this purpose - I imagine a capful or two will do what I need in a bucket of water.
