i hope so !! i was planning to get all bloodfin , but when i got there and saw the black neon , i was like i gotta get some of them too , so far all the new fish still trying to fit in , so they havent swiming out and active yet

Neons and black neons go very well together! I have a small tank featuring both. Sometimes they'll school together, but more often the black neons will swim/play in the stronger current of the powerhead, while the neons prefer calmer areas.

If you have otos or SAEs or other b&w striped fish in your tank, they may look a little too similar to the black neons from an aesthetic pov. If I had a tank as large as yours, I'd go for congo tetras or lemons personally.
