Pmdd

PMDD is very outdated. I used it, but you end up with a phosphate deficiency. There is NO reason to withhold phosphates. If you want to dose dry, look into EI or PPS pro. EI is the easier and less finicky way to go.

So dry dosing with EI and using PMDD as a trace is alright?

No, use CSM+B as trace. PMDD is not just a trace. It has much less trace in it that CSM, so you are paying for elements you are already dosing, but cost way more cause they are premixed.

How much CSM+B is recommended to mix with 250 ml of H2o? Also should I use RO/DI or does it really matter? Whats the dose as well?

Never mind I found my answer here.

"Use an old Flourish bottle if you have one, mix 1 Tablespoon per 250ml water if using Plantex, then when dosing, one capfull=5ml. or if you are using Flourish same rule, one capfull=5ml... "
