If it is new to your tank, it could have been grown emersed and is adjusting. If its been in your tank for a while, then its a fert issue.

Could we get a picture of the whole plant? Althought it looks like it could be an Amazon Sword plant, I'm tempted to say it looks like a dracena. If thats the case, it's just a house plant drowning.

It's amazing what they will sell as aquatic plants!! Totally and absolutely deceitful and just for the $$$.
