Hi all

I'm new to this and my wife just picked up some plants from LFS today, I have no idea what they are, please help me to identify them.

The first could be Cryptocoryne ciliata. Could you snap a picture of the top of a leaf so we can get a better idea of the leaf shape?

The bottom one might be a Ludwigia sp. or Alternanthera sp. of some sort

The first one looks like "lucky bamboo", but it's not lucky at all, because the store stuck it underwater, where it will eventually perish.

The bottom one looks like it might be a true aquatic, but it resembles "red hedge", which is another faux aquatic.

the one on top is a Dracaena, a non-aquatic, and the one on the bottom is definitely 'red hedge' (which i think is alternanthera sp.), but it is also non-aquatic. If you leave them underwater, they will wither and die, and pollute your tank.

the one on top should be able to just be put into a pot and grown completely dry. it'll grow really slowly, but should live.
