Plants suggestions for 30 gal. Tank

So I had this tank since april. The plants are few. Some ludwigia repens and wisteria in the background. Lots of empty space. Midground, watersprite and azmazon swords. Foreground mosses. Its quite boring as it is not heavily planted. What plants will you suggest. Any low tech or low light ones.

And if the sword plants are too large get some Crypt. wendtii instead.

Vals are great background plants. They can get really dense given a bit of time.

Okay, so what I've got is cabomba, tiger lotus and more ludwigia. Midground is pennywort. Gonna post a pic soon. just wait.
