That IS pretty low. You certainly don't need to worry about adding CO2 with that amount of light.
Do you have good reflectors?
There are a lot of cryptocoryne species you can use, for example: C wendtii, C becketii, C willisii, C undulata, C retrospiralis, C spiralis, etc.
Also, there are a lot of Anubias you can use as well as java moss.
No, unfortunately you need a lot more light to grow Riccia.
Cool Thanks. Yea its the Hagen Light Glo Canopy, not sure how good the reflectors are but their there. I hope to upgrade sometime next year when I can afford it.
cryptocornes would do fine in your tank, just remember that they're slow growers; then again that is good if you don't like having to constantly prune :tongue: .

Hygrophila difformis
Java moss (can't remember the scientific name :hihi: )
Microsorums (Java Ferns)
Hygrophila difformis
Myriophyllum mattogrossense
