is there any carpet plant which would thrive with low light? anything besides java moss? I've checked micro sword and dwarf hairgrass but those plants require pretty strong lightning. 20 gallon long

I always recommend Staurogyne Repens to people when they ask this question. I've had great luck with it as a foreground plant in my low-tech, low-light tank. If you can find some, you should try it.

I'm using micranthemum monte carlo. It grows even with 0,3 W/l slowly, but it grows.

these will grow with less light, just don't expect it to be fast

I would give dwarf hair grass a shot.
