I am thinking about putting the following plants into my new 37 gallon!

Im going for tiny leaf jungle!

Araguaia
Staurogyne repens
Reinecki mini
mini dwarf hair grass
tall hair grass
Dwarf hair grass
Cryptocoryne Balansae
Cryptocoryne wendti
Micro sword

Do they sound like they will work for a beginner?

Im planning on ordering them from Amazon, is that a good idea?

I just saw one of the most beautiful aquascapes I have seen done by someone who said it was their first. So easy for a beginner is out the window for me. I would say easy for someone who hasn't read much? Maybe not. Depending on lighting and co2 you can easily grow all of those. Pretty much all of those would grow ok in lower tech/light just be prepared for slower growth if that's the case. Substrate size can be a factor for small rooted carpeting plants like DHG
