thank's for the commentaries James.James From Cali said:Andre-Beautiful tank. Just not a fan of the multiple tetra species in the tank. I love your Rummynoses and the Cardinals though. Those Nymphaea sp. you have will surely outgrow your tank. What is your plants stocking and fish stocking. Honestly the Serpae would love to be in a group of 5 and the Rummynose is the same. I dont think you have enough space to house all of the. Maybe replace them for more of a centerpiece fish. That may make the tank seem more calming and not so busy.
Pittiepride-It looks like Blyxa Japonica.
that good that you it liked of the blyxas.I just wish I can get my Blyxa to look like that. I got a little over 3wpg. Wht is your lighting by the way and do you dose ferts and have CO2?
yes, I use Co2 diy in this tank. Algae very is not related with only Co2. I to be free of algae I make water exchange a time per week. Use also the gravel of fine river. The material that use for Co2 is to sugar, sodium bicarbonate and leaven biological.:thumbsup:Wow you run DIY co2 on this tank? Thats awesome. When I do a DIY CO2 on my tanks I always get algae lol. *Now runs to store to get DIY CO2 material*
And is that just plain gravel? Amazing growth with the plants if it is.
Thanks James. I am very happy for you to have liked!James From Cali said:Well congrats on a great tank. It looks really great.

I am happy for you to have liked of the blyxas! The problem in adding more is that they grow very, being able to ruin the layout, but I go to study its suggestion.MARIMOBALL said:Andre nice tank your blyxa looks very healthy, maybe add more in small groups. Since you are in Brazil ,do you see wild caught Amazonian fish at you local fish store? Im currently looking into going to Brazil for Carnival next year and a trip to the Amazon river and record shopping. i speak Spanish so I understand 80% of Portugese when I here it.
