I'm trying to compete against algae growth with some fast growing plants in my low tech tank. Suggestions please. I have floramax substrate, dosing seachem excel, and lighting is 2 48" t5ho 6700k bulbs (6hrs a day)

Thank you all. My parameters are fine and I have an all star clean up crew with nerite snails and oto cats as well as a bushy nose Pleco, so all I can conclude is there's more nutrients than the plants can handle so algae is growing so I will look into your suggested plants
