Plant spread

Hey everyone, I just ordered these plant seeds for my aquarium. Since the tank is already setup, I am going to have a hard time stopping the seeds from floating. Can I plant them outside my tank in a small pot and then transfer the plant to my tank once they are grown? If that works...Will these plants spread? I want to cover a large area of my tank and it would take me forever if I have to grow the plants outside the tank and then transfer them.

Ha, interesting. Looks like these are intended to germinate in the tank before you fill it with water. I suppose your best bet would be to germinate in a very wet tray of dirt or fertilized gravel in front of a window, then transfer the sprouts when they look ready.
