After keeping discus on a bare bottom for approx 2 years, I decided to transform/switch to a mostly plant (with just a couple of discus) aquarium. I've narrowed down my list of plants to the following:
Eleocharis parvula (5 pots)
Hygrophila corymbosa (2 pots)
Hygrophila polysperma (2 pots)
Echinodorus opacus (x3)
Heteranthera zosterifolia (x3)
Echinodorus uruguayensis (x2)
Echinodorus schlueteri (x1)
Echinodorus cordifolia (x1)
My tank is 180 Litre (~50G), I will of course be using high light (T5) and liquid fertilisers (many if not all of Seachem's line). Is the above selection too much for my tank size? Thanks for your time.
