ive had a planted tank for about 8 months now, with some crypts, anubias and water wisteria. and an unknown plant. here is a link to what the plant looks like.

ive seen it called water wisteria, but i also have hydrophilia difformis, which looks like this.

so first off im looking for an id on the plant in the first photo. and second im wondering why all of a sudden i cant get this plant to grow. it used to grow like wildfire for the first few months and now the last month i havent been able to get it to grow. it kinda starts to grow and then just dies. i dont have all the parameters but hes what i have.

pH: 6.8
two flourescent bulbs as lighting
no CO2 injection
i dose every few days with flourish excel

just looking for any thoughts on why a plant that used to grow well has all of a sudden stopped growing at all?

i can't tell you what the plants are but i would imagine it's not growing because of no ferts and no co2 you can do with out co2 if you have low enough light but most plants need some kind of fertilization i dose ei even in my low light no co2 tank and plants grow well with little or no algae

Do you know what wattage your light is? How long do you run it? What size tank is this?

I am lucky I don't need the gh booster.
Get back to me on the lights and we can advise from there as well.

i do does with ferts like i said in my post. mostly looking for a reason why the plant would grow really well for like 7 months, i used t have to throw out a bunch cuz it would spread and propagate to fast. and now it wont really grow at all?

excel is not a fertilizer it's a "source of organic carbon" plants need kno3,k2so4,kh2p04, and micros ect.

The ID might be what is listed below, I don't know. I have a difficult time telling the difference between wisteria and water sprite...it would probably help if I had them side by side, but I don't own either one...

Excel replaces the need for CO2 in most plants.
Does that floating plant cover the surface and not let enough light through to the plants below. We need the wattage of your bulbs and length of time you run it. This will tell us if you have enough or what. The growth is also effected by the light amount. You can read the wattage on the bulbs. Are the bulbs new? What size tank

your lighting seems ok 30w total over a low tank like a 20 long should be good enough for most plants i would look some were else for your plants not growing. what kind of substrate do you have? maybe it had fertilizers already in it like eco-complete or it had built up fertilizers before you added plants like from fish poo? and after months the plants used it all?
