+1 on the Pleco. Seen that before in my tank when I had one.

I don't think the damage in the 3rd picture (which looks like pleco damage) is similar to the first, which looks a nutrient deficiency. The holes might indicate K, but pale yellow on older leaves is usually due to lack of N. I'd resolve that first. The 2nd picture is too blurry for me to tell.

Thanks Diana, im dosing macros and csm+b and excel, injecting co2 with controller set to 6.7. 130 gallon w coral life (3) 150watt 6700k and 4 compact fluorescents. Temp 80, ill will try water change and see if that helps.
