I got this plant about 3 months ago and don't know what it is . It has not grown much if any at all and is very small

Looks like some kind of java fern to me
That's what I was thinking but it is very small and has been this size for months its abot 1 inch or so

It's java fern I've had mine for a few months now and it doesn't do much I raised it and attached it to a piece of drift wood and it seems to be doing a lot better from what I've heard the roots like to be close moving water and not "planted" hope that helps!
Java fern. They need ferts or a heavily stocked tank to grow well from my experience.
