I bought these plants at Petco the other day and am not sure what they are. It is the grass like plants that I am not sure about.

Yup, that is mondo grass (Ophiopogon japonicus). It's commonly sold as being fully aquatic, though it'll die if submerged.

If it came in one of those tubes, then Mondo Grass it is. I got some myself before I realized it was not an aquatic plant.

Petco also sells Kyoto grass, it's like a dwarf version of Mondo grass. Not aquatic.
