No, not a Windelov moss... there is no such thing!
There is Java fern cultivar called 'Windelov'.
And your plant is not a fern, not even a moss.

First thought, guppy grass - Najas sp., but then again...
might actually be an algae, Chara sp.? Does it smell musky when broken?

Nettlea flexilis. 100% sure not sure on the spelling though. LMK when you have some to sell. I will buy a small start.

I was thinking Nitella or Chara sp. Most likely not a Najas sp.

I think it looks like a form of clado... Thats just me though, Very nice looking plant though.

Search around through some of Jay Luto's old threads. He had a pretty wicked algae that looked pretty darn similar to what is pictured.
