Is this an Aqua Fern?

As i have just read, quote "Not a true aquarium plant. If kept in the aquarium it will slowy rot, die and pollute your tank."

Is this true, if so I will be removing asap i guess

That is why it is dying.

Ludwigia.

1" leaf? I'd guess L. brevipes. If the leaf were smaller, I'd say L. arcuata.

most photo's on google/images match Ludwigia arcuata
so that is probably it. thanks for the prompt reply.

The plant you just sent me Spy is definitely arcuata... But your description here says the leaves are an inch long, the plant you sent me has leaves more like 0.5 maybe 0.75.

I had brevipes already and this is different. Want to try some brevipes?
