Second- sagittaria... Forgot the name. But it's the big, broad leafed kind.

ok...light requirements on either? I find the 2nd one has kinda faded

light for the rotala doesn't really matter with the exception of the color that you want. If you high light rotala it tends to grow more red.

The sag is the larger kind, not the dwarf and requires higher light.
