Hi

please could any one ID this plant

is it high light or low and does it need CO2 or not and its roots must be in the substrate like crypts or it is like anubias nana and java fern attached to anything ?

You can usually tell a terrestrial plant from true aquatic by the stem being very stiff due to the fact that they must stay upright by themselves. True aquatic stems are softer since they have the water to hold them up.

That one looks pretty stiff from the photo's.

Too many ferns to know all the different varieties.

Dam i bought it as an aquatic plant money isn't the issue i love it as an aquatic :S

now what can i do with it !!!!

Depends where you bought it, LFS usually sell stuff like that as aquatic then you can return it, some will do this others just take your money.(perfect opportunity to tell them off)
