I was told that this plant is Cabomba caroliniana when I got it. But now that I gave it a closer look, it is not that. And after browsing through the stems plants in the Plant Profile section, it seems like it is Limnophila sessiliflora.

Could anyone confirm this? Thank!

Yes, this is Ambulia/Limnophila. Looking at Cabomba, each of the "fans" sits on a separate stem, while the fans are directly attached to the stem with Limnophila.
