I need help identifying the green leafy plant with the white stripes and this stuff that looks like blades of grass lol. Also does anybody know what could be causing this hole in that white stripped plant? I have the same holes in my Anubias. I do have an albino bristlenose pleco in the tank, as well as a few snails; although I don't know what kind of snails because they came in on some plants. Thank you in advance for all the assistance! Also my Java Fern looks like crap, can anyone tell what's wrong with it?

The plant with the white blotches is aluminum plant and not aquatic. The leaf with the hole is dying and the hole is a decayed spot.

I don't know what the grassy plant is. Chances are it is either dwarf sag or a val of some sort. Wait and see how tall it grows.

The Java fern has algae all over it. I would pull it out of the tank and try rinsing it and gently wiping the leaves off in case it is just gunk that will come right off. Other wise you could search this site on how to use bleach, hydrogen peroxide or Excel to dip algae ridden plants. Remove leaves that have a lot of brown spots in any case. I see one healthy new leaf, there is hope.
