Hi guys I have a question my limnophila aromatica stem towards the bottom section doesn't grow leaves. I run my Co2 for about 9 hours and lights for 7 hours which is the finnex ray. Lastly in this tank I does N,P,K and CSM+B 3 time a week. Is there something I'm doing wrong that is needed for this plant?

really, only the new parts of the plant will grow leafs, so I would just trim the bottom part of and replant the part with leafs.

not sure about this species, but I know some stems do just grow new side shoots, but I don't think they ever grow new leafs anywhere but the tip of the stem.

Aromatica just loves to shed the bottom leaves (they first melt then they just disintegrate). I tried to plant it less densely but it did not help.
The only way that I have found is to plant it in a current so that the stems grow somewhat diagonally, exposing all leaves to the light. Another good news is that it is a decent brancher - it will readily grow side branches after trimming.
