I have had some berried shrimp in several of my tanks lately that I found all of a sudden dead. I removed the shrimp and noticed planaria coming out of their bodies. I did not suspect the planaria being the cause of the death until I saw another berried shrimp today with a planaria right under her belly among the eggs. It would not even let go when I moved the female shrimp to a tubberware container. It just stuck to the eggs.
Now I wonder if planaria are a real danger to shrimp and shrimp eggs. I have suspected it for some months when my shrimp population slowed down and the planaria flourished. Anyone else notice anything similar?

Thanks, man. That means my hunch was right. How do I fix it?
I put in some more MTSs in those tanks and fed very light the last few days, but I don't want to starve the shrimp either.
