I was wondering (and didnt know where to post this question) if we are allowed to post 'pick up only' sales in the swap and shop area or if stuff there has to be mailed or what not.

Go for it. There are no rules preventing you from offering items for local pickup.

That's perfectly cool, and I've seen it several times. Go for it (just be sure to set a price, that's the only big rule we have - no auction style sales).
