Pendant Lighting

So I've been looking at getting rid of my two Current LED+'s and going over to pendant lights. Will these work? I was looking to do the Ikea DIY setup but finding time to do everything hasn't been feasible lately. If I'm using 2 LED bulbs similar to the PAR38's I don't need to worry about reflection correct? Looking to do 2 of these over my 90 gallon using pressurized C02 and switching back to the EI fertilizing method. Just looking for something other than T5HO's that I can grow carpet plants and everything else that I used to with my T5HO's.
