hahaha sorry no pelia is like a moss in that it has to be tied to somthing you don't plant it, if you want it like the pillows you see take a smallish pebble and lay the pelia out flat on the top of it then tie it down with cotton taking care not to crush it then submerge it and your done, just leave it to grow out and given time it'll look stunning
