PM Dollface.
I did send her a PM right after I posted the thread - still waiting for her kind response.
Responded. If anyone else is interested, here's how I ship my UG:

I ship it wrapped in slightly damp paper towels inside a ziploc bag in a box padded with crumpled newspaper. If I have a heating pack, I wrap that in newspaper at the bottom of the box.

I'm not sure there's really a "best" way to ship it, but I haven't encountered any problems with this method.

+1! thats also how I wrap/ship my plants...for any super duper sensitive plants I double bag them and use commercial printing paper or peanuts to insulate/stuff the box
Thank you Dollface and chris.rivera3 for the useful tips.
