today just see one of my ottos with eggs on the bottom part of her belly. I have a few in the same tank. one berried. I can see the eggs inside her belly. what's the chance that they can hatch in my tank. it's a 40G breeder tank with lots of plants. more than 10 amano shrimp and around 20 carbon rili. one CPD and one guppy in the tank.

I can't take a good picture to show the eggs, but you can see them yellow.

I just did a new post. Same situation here. Take a look. Breeding Otos is almost impossible. I'm wondering if there's some sickness that could cause it. Mines been like this for about 5 days. How about yours? Update?

I'm not sure how you sex them but i'm pretty sure males are smaller. Which would make sense. i have six that i got at the same time and 2 are way smaller. Mine is still super fat.
Were your eggs good josiah?
I've read that they lay them on big broad leaves which is why i got a some sort of giant leafed plant, just a little info i found.
