I can not be certain from the photo, but it looks like hyphema or blood in the anterior chamber of the eye. This can occur due to trauma, infection, or neoplasia. If trauma, it typically resolves on its own in a few weeks. If the latter two, expect either loss of the eye or other areas of bleeding (ie mouth).

Should i dose any medication?
