Opaque Film ??

Hi people,

I've had my 70 gal set up with plants for about a week now, and I've got a thin milky/opaque film on top of the water, is this something I might of done and can be fixed, is this common? I've seen attachments for canister filters that are designed to remove "the organic film" is this what I'm encountering?

Any advice would be appreciated
