I just hit my BBA with some H2O2 and I'm about to do a water change... Do I really need to do water changes after H2O2 and how often can I use H2O2?

I know my CO2 is low even tho. I am running it high. My little glass diffuser can't take more pressure. It is no longer a fine mist but big bobbles, which I dont think are effective. I want to get a new glass def. to fight my BBA problem but ADA looks like a lot of money. Any Tips?

I wouldn't worry too much about doing water changes after carrying out a hydrogen peroxide spot treatment. After a couple days, the peroxide radical will be exhausted by the other organics in the aquarium anyway.

As for your CO2 diffuser, have you considered that it might just be dirty? Have you cleaned it?

There ton of glass diffuser out there you can buy for 10time less than the ada.
Still don't understand y ppl will pay such a high price on Ada stuff.

I have been thinking about atomic dif. and may just try one out if I can hide it behind the plants. They are not the nicest looking things and I'm one of those people.

I did clean it about two months ago. Hope I did it right.

As for ADA: I know there are a lot of glass def out there(I am looking at ones made in England for around $40) and ADA is just silly with their $135+ tag. But maybe they are just that good and their ceramic has magic in it.

My mini def was good in the beginning but now I have 20x the plants that are eating up all the co2 and my bba is a run away train.

ADA stuff has no magic to them. Simply, they're well made products that you're paying a premium for. If you feel it's worth it, go for it. Otherwise, there are plenty of reasonable alternatives out there at any price range. You need to decide where to draw the line.
