i have am mystery plant in a 5.5gallon CRS/CBS tank...but i think its a red cabomba...and today morning i found 2 sort of hairy like worms in their own leaves....and i found 1 dead CRS today...does it have to do with the worm? is the worm a danger to my shrimps?
please reply ASAP.thx

the plant i was talking about is the brownish plant at the top...or middle...lol

Kind of hard to tell what's what in that photo. Worms are generally no danger to shrimp, although baby shrimp could be potentially be killed by slightly more threatening wormlike inverts such as hydra and planaria.

Be glad that we can't get bristleworms like reefkeepers can.

they dont look like hydra...and im not sure if they are bryozoa..due to lack of pictures...im afraid that they might be planaria....although the worms in my tank are kinda hairy...sorry i coudnt take a picture of the worm...i just panicked and took thw worms out of the tank as soon as possible...and the worms only appear in the brown plant..should i take the plant out?
