They are Alestopetersius brichardi. I can confirm becuase I have 3 in my tank right now. They are a beautiful and very hardy fish.

The top photo looks like phenocogrammus aurentiius " Lamp-eye Congo tetra" - but, a female.

I found a video showing my a. brichardii and other African tetras if would like to look at it. they are in a tank with geophagus.
