How do you attach a CO2 washer to the regulator? Thanks.

You just stick it between the cga-320 nipple and the tank output. The cga-320 nut goes over it and connects to the tank. Then you just tighten it down.

This is the correct procedure.

Make sure you use a new nylon washer each time you switch out the regulator to ensure that a proper seal is formed.

The nylon washer compresses, forming the tight seal.

Just in case you're using a Milwaukee, normal nylon washers don't quite fit right. You might be able to make it work, but I wouldn't crank down too hard. The only place I've ever heard of that supplies those (proprietary) washers is direct from Milwaukee. Give them a call if this is the case.
