Once the liquid turns completely yellow, the titration is complete. In general, the number of drops required to turn the liquid completely yellow is your hardness in German degrees.

Still leaving guessing as to what degree of yellow.

I can get a color change in about 3 drops. But its not a bright yellow like the card.

I also have this too! What shade of yellow do you use?

Once it turns yellow. The shade does not matter.

If it is green, then the titration is not complete, and adding an additional drop (or two) will make it yellow, signaling the titration is complete.
