Not sure if my shrimp is dead?

Yesterday i moved my ghost shrimp from my 4ft tank into my 15L i did everything right and transfered the water from the 4ft into the 15L. Last night i noticed my shrimp chilling on his moss ball and now its at the bottom of my heater at the side. Its changed colour and now appears a redy pink colour. Why it is this?

Ate something thats red/pink.
