Noob CF question

Ok, so I was going to clean my reflector today and I thought changing the bulbs (taking them out for a minute) was easy. Umm, how exactly do I do that? I tried just pulling the bulb from the connector but it wont budge.

Help?!

They will pull out. Or else you'll break them trying. Those guys get hot, being on for 8+ hours and whatnot, and tend to melt.

Which fixture?
With the lights UNPLUGGED, try sticking a flat screwdriver into the space between the lights and the socket and wedge it around a bit.

Yup I wedged them out. The ones that have been turned on had a little bit of build up on them. Thanks
